Terms of Service (TOS)
Last Update: April 2026
1. Scope and Subject Matter of the Agreement
These Terms of Service (TOS) govern the use of the Aionda Mail service. By using our website and services, you agree to these TOS.
2. Conclusion and Termination of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded upon the use of the service or upon registration. Users may terminate their access at any time. Aionda Mail reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of a violation of these TOS.
3. Service Description and Disclaimer of Liability
Aionda Mail provides users with a platform to generate temporary email addresses. The service is provided without warranty. Aionda Mail does not guarantee permanent availability, error-free operation, or the security of transmitted data.
Aionda Mail is not liable for data loss, technical malfunctions, or damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the service unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
4. Payment Terms
The basic version of Aionda Mail is free to use. Advanced features are subject to charges and require a Aionda Mail Plus membership. Fees are clearly stated before subscribing to a paid plan. Payments are due annually in advance.
5. Responsible Use
The user agrees to use the service exclusively in accordance with the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the law of the European Union. This applies to all features that allow uploading, storing, or sharing content (e.g. mailbox, Vault Drive, calendar, shared folders). Excessive server load or systematic automation of the service is prohibited.
Aionda Mail uses end-to-end encryption with post-quantum algorithms and has no technical access to the unencrypted content of users. Responsibility for the lawfulness of all uploaded or shared content lies exclusively with the user.
6. Reporting Illegal Content (Notice & Takedown)
Aionda Mail complies with its obligations under the Digital Services Act (DSA) of the European Union and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). Content that Aionda Mail is verifiably made aware of as being unlawful will, after careful review, be removed without undue delay or access to it will be disabled.
Reports of allegedly unlawful content may be sent to the following address: abuse-h7vq1l8i@contact.aionda.com. A report should contain at minimum:
- a precise description of the content in question (e.g. link, share ID, screenshot),
- the reasons why this content is considered unlawful,
- the name and contact details of the reporting person, and where applicable a statement confirming the accuracy of the information.
Aionda Mail reviews each report individually. A mere report does not automatically lead to suspension; premature or unfounded suspensions are avoided. In the case of substantiated violations, Aionda Mail reserves the right to make the affected content inaccessible, to suspend or permanently delete the user account, and to inform the competent authorities in cases relevant under criminal law. Lawful disclosure and removal requests from authorities will be processed within the legal framework.
7. Data Protection and Anonymity
Aionda Mail complies with the applicable data protection laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. It is explicitly stated that Aionda Mail is not an anonymous email service. Lawful requests from authorities may be processed in accordance with legal requirements.
8. Changes to the TOS
Aionda Mail reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, as far as legally permissible, is the registered office of the operator of Aionda Mail.
10. Support and Customer Service
Support inquiries are available exclusively to Aionda Mail Plus customers via the email address support@trashmail.com. General information about the service can be found on the website.
