Security
Aionda Mail is built on a zero-knowledge, post-quantum encrypted architecture. The server never has access to plaintext email content in the secure mailbox, passwords, or encryption keys. The following whitepaper documents the complete security architecture in detail.
Your emails. For your eyes only.
Everything is encrypted in the browser — before it reaches the server. We cannot read your emails. Nobody can.
Your password stays with you.
It is never transmitted. Never stored. Not even as a hash. The browser proves knowledge of the password — without revealing it.
Ready for the future.
The encryption protects against quantum computers. So that the emails of today do not become the vulnerability of tomorrow.
Three keys. Two are enough.
Password, passkey, and recovery key secure the mailbox. Lose one — the other two still get you in.
Every connection. One-time use.
Every request uses its own key, which is destroyed afterward. An intercepted request is worthless.
Your browser checks on us.
The browser extension verifies every server response with a digital signature. Tampering? Detected instantly.
Archive without a backdoor.
Every archived email is cryptographically chained to the previous one. Altering, deleting, manipulating — impossible.
No password reset. By design.
If we could reset the password, we could also read the data. We cannot. That is the proof.
